Yes they did but their rates are better than big banks. The Fds I did a few weeks ago

Is it a 12 month FD?I wish there was an option to be paid interest say quarterly and then get final interest plus principal at maturity..

No they pay at once, only give you loan against same. Zero sum game!

Currently Bonds/Tbills offer better return than dividend yields (or even forcasted) of blue chips companies.

I can't count on capital gains, I treat my stocks just my houses....I look at rent or dividends....the rest is Hali ya Hewa..
