Because all the 3 have been in liaison with MN and MJ. The Open Offer price has been agreed upon and will be juicy. The top banks whose debt has been converted to equity have in principle also agreed to fund the existing shareholders for the offer

As for CK, he was probably a supplier to KQ and has made back his money in spades.

You must give it to CK on that move as a businessman. As for me I am watching KQ on the sidelines as I enjoy my popcorn. I got out of KQ at a huge loss last year...too much uncertainty surrounding it..ulcers central. I will be with Obiero only in spirit.
Treasury, Banks and KLM will end up owning 95.93% after the restructuring....Laughing out loudly

Ohana does not hold any Kenol Kobil shares, neither does Mwarania of KENRE

So Ngunze was earning a huge salary from KQ while it lost billions under his watch. No pain, all gain.
Everybody made money off KQ but the shareholders.

*Mwarania has shares in KenRe.
*Ohana has no (direct) shares in KK.

KQ is the equivalent of a socialite. Most discussed stock on wazua, unending talk of future recovery plans, perpetually broke but still maintaining a flashy lifestyle and anyone who invests in the stock on a longterm basis always ends up broke.
