Merciless World (Dunia haina Huruma)- Ask HAFR

IPO =12
Current price = 1.5 not forgetting some jumped in at 25/- Serikali tafadhali.

There is no other share in the past 24months that has slid as much.. I warned people that this one would go burst. Its only that CMA is weak, otherwise a delisting/suspension should have already occured. A very bandia firm

Nse cinema continues shortly. Its like a playscript if not a video clip. If imbuga was an investor at nse he would have coined such characters as jasper as an investor with unconsistent behaviour, now touting chums to k2girls and next selling his hse coz elnino has been delayed or the give has bolted with everything. and such other phrases as betrayal in nse or kq or more engimatically as betrayal in HAFR.

HAFR ( Home africa)

I see HAFR at 1.55 today. Is this real and what can make a real estate co go that way ? or was the IPO over priced.

Previously touched 1.50/- As it's put. HAFR was and still is a bandia firm! Its value can't be ascertained. Purely based on hope not business.

Listen to Wazuans when they value the co. at 80cts a share.

Its not worth 80cts. It should be delisted.. I can opt for some at KES 0.00, implying no capital outlay. They bought the lakeview heights land on a slope greater than 40% in angle. Can u imagine? 40% slope! Hata handbrake ya Land Rover haiwezi shika

For firms like Home Afrika and KQ, you get a better return as a debt holder than an equity holder. After HAL failed to issue a 900m bond at 13.5% they turned to the bankers for 500m loans. In this high interest rate regime, some banker must be earning 25% secured return while the shareholder is earning ulcers galore.

@obiero good info there on what kind of land they bought in Kisumu.its amazing that the other company associated with one of the directors seems to be doing well.I wonder what Hass Consult see together with the big Middle East investor because they are in at a higher price.Is this company a potential candidate to be taken private or do they have too much debt compared to assets?Their plots at migaa sell at a very high premium
