There are 40883 form 34As. Assuming NASA asked IEBC to provide them then IEBC can say no problem we will make copies. Assuming they already have them stacked up and in the machine ready to copy there is the obvious limitation of time. A normal copy machine that makes 15 copies per minute would need 2726 minutes to get the job done. That is about 46 hours non stop or 4 days working 12 hour shifts assuming no interruption whatsoever!! A normal A4 paper weighs 5g. The total weight of the form 34As would be 204kg!!

Could it be they could not get lawyers to take up the case.

Aren't the forms available for download from the portal?

The decision to go to court with only two days left to the deadline is the height of disorganization. Somehow the lawyers are expected to have put together a watertight case within such a short time. I suspect they are extremely stressed out at the moment. Expect lots of comedy arising from inadequate preparation as they present their case in the coming days

????

They announced on the evening of 16th August that they would go to court. They have to submit by midnight. Therefore they only had two days to prepare

Any other person other than IEBC that needs to verify the votes would need to manually enter the figures on all 40,883 form 34As because all the forms are just pictures, you cannot get a computer program to read the handwritten number on all the forms.

Just the logistics of getting something to present is daunting enough.

IEBC is the only source of any legally acceptable form 34A. Now imagine you do all the work of adding everything up and then you find out that it is the same as what IEBC announced. What next?

Just like someone faked the raid of a tallying center someone can fake the raid of a lawyer's office and claim the evidence they had was destroyed or someone prevented them from getting to court.

Raila main aim is to delay or derail Uhuru Kenya Swearing in.
He might not have any credible evidence other than relying on his fake tallying that has no stand constitutionally as its not known by Kenyans as is what he referred to us computer generated polls done for him by people who wanted to make money from him
In fact they are telling him to do just that to buy time so that he pay up.
Raila did not respect Kenyan systems and he want us to believe outsiders system hence colonial polling where he assume outsiders are better than us.

Raila is just blind and will take time to smell the coffee

Tumbo za wana-Jubilee zimejaa maji. Praying very hard for NASA lawyers not to make it to court. Some 2.5 hours to go. That's a lot of time....though I doubt if the NASA lawyers are well prepared to face Ngatia whom sources revealed has been researching on possible petition scenarios for the last three months.

Fallacy. Jubilee won, this is just a less embarrassing route for the former Premier to bow out.
