On a serious note...who is she.

We are complaining here as if she was Wangari Maathai being refuesed the nature docket.

Ati Havard, coz a phd means you're not corrupt?

I'm saying that as someone who doesn't know her. The constitution is working.

If you are not good in people skills then kwenda huko pia.

It's like electing Alma for moderator of wazua. Kuna wengi kwanza wa hashtag who would never survive.

manage your anger.

Eti you are asking who she is? Seems you went to Nairobi Aviation and thats why you cant see what a PhD from Oxford means.

Also are you condemning her for upholding the law/civil service regulations and saying NO to mpigs who wanted to take corruption to her office?

So according to you, having "people skills" means yielding to mpigs corrupt demands instead of serving wanjiku?

I have told you I have no idea who she is.

So why support or condemn.

But it seems Kangwanja and Mr. Tyranny have their social media whores all over.

If you ask a common Kenyan what the issue is, they have no idea.

Come on, we are vetting cops with 10 trillion in their accounts. You can't seriously tell me that everything is clean.

Infact, how do you know Uhuru didn't want her out? Coz of PSCU?

I trust no one in this gov't. No one in the opposition.

If she had been voted in would the cost of my cigarette gone lower?

Mkae vivyo hivyo. Don't pretend that your bedroom matters are my bedroom matters.

ati Kangwanja's wife etc....read what you just said. She's qualified coz she's Kibaki's former Kamotho's wife with a ndingiree?

ha!

So now the issue is that she's Professor Kagwanja's wife, and her qualifications and capacity to perform mean zilch? And anyone supporting her appointment is a jubilee whore. Does this including kalonzo and cord who are also supporting her? Seriously I never expected this kind of ujinga from you.

Did you hear me stammering?

Really did you hear me stammer?

I said I don't know her

That means who cares who she is?

Maybe you didn't read the part where I said I trust none of "these people"

The constitution is very clear. Don't piss off the vetters coz they may not vote for you.

Next time you shall grow up and vote for better vetters. But you won't. Just jaruo this jaruo that and wake up at 3am in the morning.

Kweli that guy Kamau is not in court right now? Ati masomo.

We are not stupid.

Now njumbiree will change a few things to get her back in. Totally wrong and you know it.

Huyu sio mama ama baba yangu.

I loved her essay to mpigs by the way. But that's not the issue.

There was a process followed. It worked the way it did because you bloody fools voted for these mpigs. And you expected Jesus to come down from the clouds after you elected thieves?

Like I said. Don't make your personal issues my issues.

I don't know her from Uhuru.

Maybe she got what she deserved.

And expect more from me.

By the way, 2017 ni Uhuru and his bad security, sio? Maybe we should get another Oxford hybrid to fill the space shouldn't we?

It is believed that the MPs are used to collecting cash handouts from occupants of the office of the PS Interior and spend it on harambees and other political jobs in their regions.

The money comes from confidential accounts, one of which was isolated by Ababu Namwamba’s disbanded Public Accounts Committee in which the ministry could not account for Sh2.8 billion.

The Interior PS has access to confidential expenditure funds, which are reportedly often spent to fund campaigns and weekend harambees and which Dr Juma would have appeared to refuse to hand out to MPs.

Now, if she was an obstacle to their shenanigans, shouldn't they have voted for her just to get her out of that office? Just thinking out loud...

Sooooo hurt

why didn't you vote Raira's carpets? Or Raira's VIP status

Hii mambo ya kujifanya hapa ati oooohhh this woman was hot etc

Tell me like someone who doesn't care

Kweli what was so special about her that njumbiree wants to change the law just for her?

Ati she has a ngireee and she wrote a letter?

Why don't you vote for me then. You know I will kill corruption. Lakini apana Alma, ni huyu.

Tell your sad stories to the birds.

We don't care.
We know the game.
We aren't playing it.
Go create a hashtag....i forgot, you did

Use the same energy on the cops being selected with 1 trillion birrrrrion dorras in their accounts to become sergents, then we shall believe this nonsense.

Total nonsense

She's so educated, the law has to be changed.

And we know, she will be confirmed.

I wish this kind of energy was used for the kids who died in Garissa because this gov't refused to listen to intelligence that there was a definate attack coming and sent reccee squad in a matatu.

ooops did I just undermine.

God is watching even if the foolish voters aren't.

When Alfred Keter said these words not too long ago during a heated argument with weigh bridge personnel in Naivasha many thought it was just a rant or he was mincing his words. Now we know that of all the MPs no one has been as honest about who they really are and what their true intentions are than Alfred Keter. He was telling us the truth and we refused to listen.... sasa oneni.

Huyu jamaa ni Chairman wa security ama insecurity? Cattle rustling issues in his backyard are the order of the day. Is he even the right guy to vet anyone?

Cattle rustling is just a posh name for cattle theft and there is no tradition behind it.Most of that meat is for export market with the fine cuts being taken to EU .Then this Kamama guy has the audacity of summoning DG NIS to grill him on the same.

@alma as usual off on a tangent missing the point by miles 'the question at hand is:-

Was Amb Dr Monica Juma treated in the pigsty in accordance to the spirit and letter of the Katiba?

Can what went down be equated to vetting in a civilized society... ? Is that what the framers of the constitution had in mind when the vetting clause was introduced

Please don't make me laugh. Ati the framers of the constitituion coz you care.

What you are trying to say is that everyone who's brought up to the committee having been vetted by the President and his cabal must and should be passed by parliament wapende wasipende.

The constitution is very clear. The president brings his people, the mp's can accept or reject them.

That is as far as the constitution goes. She may have 3 eyes and half a nose but she's not protected by this so called civilised framers of the constitution.

Now if you really want to have a pigsty that follows what you consider civilized, stop voting in the Mpigs.

But you will shan't you. Infact I bet each and every one in that committee shall be voted in with a landslide. So that we can have another of these discussions next year when another of your pet nominees is rejected by your very own mpigs.
