Why should I put the microscope away?

It is blocking your view.

What is my view? Or rather, what do I wish to view?

The elephant.

What about the elephant do I wish to view?

It's presence in the 'room'.

What about its presence in the 'room'?

That is what we are here to learn. You mentioned it has connections to liberation. To study God.

So let's start with you, what would you like to learn about the elephant in the room?

'Let's'?

You and who?

And why me first?

Surely my awareness of the elephant in the room indicates I have already learnt something. What about you?

Am still learning.

Which definition?

Death through fixation. Can it be used to bring about the death of the part(s) of the fixation that you find to be counterproductive?

All fixation is death. So, in my opinion, no.

Are you fixated on life?

If death approached me in an attempt to convince me of it's supremacy,I'd ask it to prove it to me by killing itself. If all fixation is death, why won't fixating on fixation kill it?

How would one go about fixating on a fixation? The only way is by being unaware of his/her fixation, which is death. And a nagging feeling that you ought to be alive.

Death is an experience.

Fixation is a process.Learning to fixate by observing yourself being fixated.

I doubt whether one who observes himself being fixated can be fixated.
