Its still invalid...there were initial orders to halt the strike.


The 3 judge bench ruling is today in the afternoon...hope it will stop this madness.


And the ruling was that the devolution of health shall not be reversed. Where does that leave the doctors' argument?

they wont win this war..Shame on you Shame on you so they better go back to work.. they have been operating without those laws so that's just an excuse.. the county govt will closely monitor them which will affect their private clinics.. to me that seems to be the main issue.. Seems gavanas with their swollen little egos have softened their language, since unlike before when the president/govt took all blame, the public n medics seem to have directed their anger at them.

They will appeal...those guys are not stopping the strike wameamua I think the only way is through dialogue....

Yani in Kenya there are never consequences of disobeying a court order? Why are they issued then in the first place?

Maybe they don't trust the courts just like Baba, who termed it korti bandia.

In the last garment in any strike the minister would be blamed here in wazua especially if from ODM......this now never happens...SMH

Uhuru tells the medics to think of us sick people and get back to work, and then adds that the devolution of health services will proceed as planned. He urges governors to "make alternative arrangements"- ie find other medics - if our doctors refuse to go back to work.........



The goverment MUST seriuosly sit down and address this issue!!!!!

Medics should just go back to work. Central govt is afraid of backlash from opposition, waithereros of civil society and the governors should they intervene. And the magavana want all powers and responsibilities now. While the medics want us to believe they are not against devolution of health services, they're giving it away with some of their arguments about hiring. Our health sector is ailing, the medics are not making it better by withdrawing services leading to deaths!
