I bet the 10 poorest in you list didn't conform to your thoughts thus you didn't put them here. The list does not in any way negate what CLK said above including jiggers that just won't go away!!!!!! Lamu has a population of about 100,000 people and many hotels, on average these few guys share a lot of revenue from tourism and fishing, they all can eat fish and get more than a dollar a day doing odd jobs and dancing for tourist unlike some places. The prime consideration is LAMU PORT construction, when a major port is built where there are only 100k residents, projections are that they could potentially be the richest, it makes sense to project a place with a few thousand inhabitants owning a port, So this is not real but projections, what about Turkana with the oil, Kwale with the trillions worth of minerals.....these two appear among the poorest, stop the obsession with this list, concentrate on where you belong or is there a county where you can beat every other inhabitant there in riches???? No, it is not projections but real, projections is for your benefit, i am asking you to project and see where Lamu will be vis a vis nyanza which should really be the richest by land, human resource, port, lake, e.t.c listen to this clip of Kenyatta who had eagerly tried to promote wealth growth in Nyanza and the roadblocks Odinga (KPU) put in his way because he was pocketing the residents via his money collection outfit aka KPU. Join Kidero Mr. wachana na hawa wengine, go to siaya and to give "serious talk about wealth". Jomo pleading with nyanza to abandon KPUThey have not yet been freed! Ok, you win, it's all great and rosy under the mountain and in regions where chubilee got support, the others are suffering......that should make you happy!!!! ..."Wewe ni mtu mdogo sana....na mwenye amekuandika pia ni mtu mdogo sana!".

In all honesty the maasai are the wealthiest kenyans. both in the western perspective of asset base.. and from the other parameters of satisfaction/ longivity etc. thats from a UN report.. The rest of us are caught in the middle, the middle class phenomena. Are we rich? are we poor?
Back in the village i come from the largest clan. And due to numbets we are also accused of more ills. thugery, fights, societal ills, but again we are more in schools more in business. nothing magical just statistics of numbers..
If you ask me.. the only succesful people in the world should be jews, so few yet powerful and succesful. in kenya.. probably the Asian community. Again few but damn wealthy.. the rest of statistics is about numbers and probabilities..

You can see it obviously makes me and a lot of people crazy, i mean what is the hold this family has on nyanza people for over 50years? I want you to have a different agenda when you campaign in Siaya. What development have they supported? What is their agenda? For 30 years it was promoting communism today what is it exactly? (leo anasema it is referendum 2 months after election) What direction in leadership do they give? They should join and be united with other Kenyans not marginalized by this family, why do you want to follow this beaten path? Why not lead nyanza/siaya to growth and wealth? At least if you loose the election, you wont loose the war. It's a win win situation taking on the Odingas. Ras Kienyeji Man

In the same breadth you can also take your time to rid our streets of street families/children and beggars plus the muggers, I don't know what keeps them there many many years after getting liberated, and while at it Murang'a should not be suffering from jiggers many many years after liberation, and don't forget the mountaneers who can't perform their conjugal duties mpaka their wives complain for all to see coz of the cheap stuff/poison that they consume in the name of phombe.....I will not get to the point where the vulnerable in the society and animals are now endengeared species as we see on the news everyday!!!! .....boss this kind negative talk can given from both sides.....it leads us nowhere!!!! ..."Wewe ni mtu mdogo sana....na mwenye amekuandika pia ni mtu mdogo sana!".
