Child bearing is supposed to be straight forward were it not for the lifestyle our nairobi ladies live.
I remember when growing up, our neighbour worked in her farm the whole day delivered at night (8th born) and afew days later she was back to the farm as if nothing happened.
Now tell this to our sisters who have to take a city hopper from kencom to GPO.
