Is it Cecil or Lumumba who is exposed here? What really prompted Lumush to run to the media with an SMS in hand? Why did he not tell us that he had invited 'corruption suspects' to fundraise for his personal foundation? Why invite people to your house then videograph them? Why would a whole director of KACC wait for someone in his office from 4.30 a.m?

Me says someone is running from something and this is but a distraction?

We dissed AR, but he never stooped this low!

Didn't you hear, the director wanted nyap to make the 100,000 acceptable to him. He has for the last fifteen yrs day dreaming on lowering the lady's ngotha. Here was an opportune time and the most ideal time was 4.30am in the morning. No one would have suspected anything. But she refused being measured oil by a kaboy.

There is no denying that there was a cartoonish element in the way PLO was so eager to display SMSes to the media guys.

Tha aside, in the matter between himself and Mbarire/Apaa, PLO comes out as the more credible chap.

Each case with its merits and demerits.

Fighting corruption in Kenya is not easy!
What with Executive interference and introduction of politics to shift public opinion!!

Apaa's Co. has been under investigation by KACC. That for me, seals it.

Mbarire didnt tell us over what she and Apaa have been meeting PLO in the recent past.

She didnt deny sending the Monday Aug 22nd SMS to cancel their meeting planned to take place that day.

Over what were they to meet.

Can she tell us of the extend of her/Apaa's lawyers involvement in the matter till Monday Aug 22nd.

This is a case of corruption suspect(s) fighting the public funded body charged with the onerous duty of fighting corruption IN KENYA.

Then we seem to side with the corrupt!!

Fighting corruption in Kenya might become impossibe!!

Aron Ringera chose to not to rub the Executive the wrong way. That may be the safe way to do it.

Then ordinary Kenyans can continue to make all the noise over frustration of unpunished corruption cases.

We are Kenyans.

If it really is true that PLO invited Mr. Apaa for the fundraiser, then there is a problem there. Why was he inviting someone who is a director in a company under investigation??

The matter was discussed and passed by KACC as a strategy to catch a 'thief'.

It came as a follow up on many other happenings on the case involving the two.

Infact they were first to invite him to a Harambee.

In investigations, the world over, officers go to great lengths to catch sususpects.

KACC's move isnt isolated.

Though I respect your opinion, the corruption case being investigated was about the Ngilu water projects, why not investigate those projects and act on that. The said files are allegedly with the DPP thus no need for the suspect to bribe KACC director. If you are to bribe the KACC director, surely you cannot do it trhough a cheque or take the cash to his office. This guy realised he mad messed himself by dinning with the corrupt and planned a counter which failed. PLO has absulutely no idea how to do his job. Am not surprised though coz I did not expect much from him anyway. Shame on him.
