@Nabwire, true the fed won't raise rates but the reality remains that the US economy is in real big shit.

CDE remember pride comes before a fall, an S&P downgrade may actually be good news, I still maintain that interest rates will not be raised... Unless once again you mean Libor, that will be raised and banks will raise the rates to borrow but the Fed will not raise the rates.

the only pride arnd the world has been American and ur bullying and bombing, about time u crumbled! Now I get ur point abt the rates. How do US banks price their loans. Is it through Libor? If so then tis already ticking up. I've been refn to interest hikes to mainstreet.defaults, aversion to slowdown.

I'm not an expert in these things but at least I know that the l in libor stands for London. Why would US banks price using Libor?

Let's await Tuesday's Fed meeting. If they pass more QE then I will be more than convinced that the US intends to inflate its way out the recession.

In the meantime...listen to #Young Jeezy - The Recession. Goes something like this, "It's the recession..ey'body broke..so I just came back..to give ey'body hope.." [The Recession album, '08]

When it gets to a point where Americans who believe that they've got the best education system are actually going to China for their undergrad so as to gain employment in China, then you definately know that things are really thick!

Bottomline: mugabe dumped his toilet paper ccy for the White Man's US$. His bitch shops at the WHITE MAN's stores like Prada & Gucci. He rides in a car made by the WHITE MAN. He flies in a plane built/designed by the WHITE MAN...

mugabe reminds me of the Napoleon the Pig in Animal Farm...
