While the link you gave is to a garbage dump, if it were true, the article suggests that Mutua could get a posting at the ICC, surely as a kenyan I can only look at such an opportunity as a good thing for him and even for Kenya's standing internationally.
If he provided evidence or insight on evidence that can assist in bringing closure to the Kenyans who suffered during the PEV then even better for him.
