The NSE rose for the second consecutive day to close above the 3,400 points mark for the first time since 1st September 2011. In what appears to be a case of investors buying bargain stocks both volumes traded and equity turnover rose significantly in today’s trading. This could be what investors have been looking for – market direction in the face of uncertainty and a lot of speculation on the possible direction of stocks. Over the last few weeks our trading ideas have been about buying on stock dips, value investing and discouraging market timing.
Reversal? I'm still trying to get a clearer signal (and also to guess the next resitance level) before i jump into the frigid waters...
