Citizen news 9pm: National Land Commission (NLC) says that the ruaraka land scandal is a creation of the media. The land belomgs to Mburu. Elsewhere the DPP asks anyone with any other information regarding the land to record statements.

Nope it's the NLC that looks into land matters and they have given it a clean bill of health. The DPP will have to write to the NLC and ask for the official position regarding the land and NLC have already made a pronouncement. Also note that NCL and DPP are arm's of the same govt and the gov't cannot contradict itself.
