On the flip side, the region, continent and world is wowed by our democracy

Just listened to Bobby Mkangi saying in Tz you can't challenge Presidential results

Just go to BBC Kiswahili and see how envious the Tanzanians are

The Africa pages...well...most people think that it was a good decision for a court in Africa to nullify an incumbent's win but they believe we're headed for chaos! Washindwe

They were not wrong. Read their submissions, the election was free and fair but there were technical issues/challenges. The SCORK felt these challenges were enough to call an election null and void.

These observers told us 1M people lived in Kibera slum.
They told us Iraq had nuclear weapons.

How could they be so right?

Uhuru looked a little tipsy. He should have left it at the State House presser and gotten on the war path tomorrow Saturday with a cooler head.
All my friends are heathens, take it slow. Wait for them to ask you who you know. Please don't make any sudden moves.

Simple logic decided this case. If form 34A has issues then 34B and 34C are invalid, null and void.

Indeed.
How could his handlers let him address the Nation in that condition!! or did he disregard their advice!

The second mistake he committed was to use the word 'wakora' in reference to you know who, that's beneath a President. Only Trump is allowed to do such.

However it is perfectly in order for him to disagree with the ruling , but stop at that - not disparage the judges.

You are not a court. You are just mbroggers.

And by today you should understand that the number of threads and posts you have on wazua don't matter.

The 2013 supreme court was just called out by the current court as korti bandia. What I wonder is this.

Maraga wrote a detailed paper on why the 2013 court erreed. Leanola (sic) has been very consistent in his rulings on the need of the rule of law visa vi gov't adventure. Smoking shall always be smokin. Ibrahim one time seemed like someone in court who found Mohammed.

What I'm saying is this.

This case was not easy for the judges in terms of their being judges. But they went back to their humanity.

Accepting a case where ati IEBC doesn't sign a paper. IEBC doesn't even have real forms. IEBC calls it's own results on a portal statistics would have been against all forms of humanity.

I had privy to some of the info on that server. I was also on wazua saying it was not hacked. Until I was given more information. It was a joke.

IEBC was jocking with Kenyans. Not Raila, not Uhuru.

It was jocking. The Msando narrative is also not futile. He had a system.

You vote, you count, you send.

Easy, accoutable, verifiable.

Ask the IT guys in IEBC why they stole Uhuru's votes.

This country cannot continue accepting mediocrity as the default setting. I'm sure that when the written ruling shall come up, people like the CS's must stop campaining. Uhuru must stop going to people's villages with helicopters to tell them that he has launched another bridge.

Kenyan law has changed. It is that simple and clear.

As for Ahmednassir, what he said on his twitter account is pathetic. He basically said that the court did a coup. This man was my lecturer. He used to tell us where the exam would come from. None of us got less than a B. This man is probably ngapat and Nandwa on wazua.

Ahmednassir cannot stand up in a court of human beings and pretend that he's straight. I'll get Nelson Havi as the opposing witness.

What happened here Loooolest and please take it from me. And I did not mean to be as mean kama jana usiku. Ni Viceroy.

Jubilee relied on lawyers who tweet. IEBC was supposed to follow the law. Count then send to Itumbi's portal.

But because Kenya is what it is. That portal was given as a tender. The real time results came after a week.

Masukuma likes posting here and I'm also in IT. I'll leave this case here to think about.

The Msando video was very clear.

You vote. The agents count. The numbers are sent through airtel. At the same moment the form is scanned and sent.

Without wearing goggles. How can you explain 7 days of no form 34 A. How can you explain form 34A's written in a fullscap? How can Chebukati explain numbers on his own portal?

I am here to tell Chebukati. Hire me. You have hired Masukuma for toooo long. It is obvious that the IT people you have in your office cannot do the job. Fire them. Hire me. Leo. You see people walking in a straight line.

I'm now asking for a job from IEBC. Call it humanity and civic duty.

As for President, president elect, president not elect Uhuru Kenyatta. I shall say here again. If you want to hire people, hire people like me. I shall tell you the truth and nothing but the truth. Not listening to sycophants kila siku who tell you that you are hot guy.

The judges ruled they found nothing wrong with Uhuru.

Yet he'd used state resources in a not so subtle manner incl tv ads.

I remember wondering if Nasa were not complaining because they were planning to use it later in court-they did.

CSs is a different big case altogether

wait for the written ruling.

For people who just lost an election they won, it behoves me to figure out why you want to do the same things that made you lose the first time.

I cannot understand that. We are going for Maraga 3.0 at this rate. Stick to the law. Follow the law, maybe one day Uhuru shall be president.

Go go! Most of IT folks in government know no shit about IT. Guys who don't know whether the servers were hosted by Morpho or NTT or Amazon. I would like to understand why they chose to host elections management system with service providers while they invested heavily on on-premise infrastructure. Ama it was another avenue to "eat"?

Do you know how damn expensive it is to run a presidential run? Hire lawyers(who are building skyscrapers) for supreme court then you are told you are innocent but bear your own costs. Then you have to run another campaign in 60 days. If I was Uhuru I would be using the terms his dad used to. Let the man vent.Laughing out loudly Laughing out loudly Laughing out loudly

IEBC defied the directive of the Supreme Court to scrutinize the electoral system. They gave the experts a hard time to get crucial information. What did IEBC expect? A pat on the back? I thought Jubilee guys should be mad at the IEBC and not the Supreme court.

WSR, is live and breathing fire.

1. Even if the tallying was done on a foolscap and carried by a donkey cart, the supreme will of the will was valid.
2. Maraga has had his day and they will have their day.
3, IEBC is not going anywhere
4. They are ready any time

Part 2 will be dirty
