My apology is only for erroneously saying that Kuria made the posting. The sentiments are another story since I agree with the posting that she crossed the red line, and that she must be reprimanded and punished. When you abuse Ohuru, you abuse the 50%+1 of us Kenyans who voted for him, and this makes us very very angry.

(on a light note) i think the proper word is insult Laughing out loudly Laughing out loudly

seriously, when you insult uhuru you insult 50%+8000 people? really? how are uhuru's woes yours? does a vote make you and the person Siameses twins? really?

When you "abuse" him and claim that he stole the election whereas I and another 50%+7,999 of us queued for hours to vote for him and made him president, then you are also insulting us and we have a right to return fire. We put Ohuru there to represent us since the millions of us couldnt fit in statehouse and thus chose him as our representative/spokesman and whatever he says is "what we are saying" and therefore our messenger's woes are our woes.

And there is nothing wrong with me using the word "abuse" since my Oxford dictionary defines the word as:

a·buse
verb
1. use (something) to bad effect or for a bad
purpose; misuse.
2. treat (a person or an animal) with cruelty
or violence, especially regularly or
repeatedly.
3. speak in an insulting and offensive way to
or about (someone).

I meant #3. I thought you schooled in England like I did (Northamptonshire to be specific) and expected you to be conversant with the language of the Queen and her Englishmen.

When you touch Ohuru its like going to a bee hive and trying to touch the queen (king?). We the "worker bees" will deal with you horizontally and perpendicularly.

We Jubilee youth should be securing all areas, including parliament, to ensure that gov't business isn't disrupted by baba and his goons.

Small correction. We shall put up with your crap until Aug 2017. "Mugathii ichaweri mukiumaga."

BTW, a group of us are working on a way to collect results from every polling station in mt.kenya and relay the same to a national parallel tallying centre. Driven by civil society.

I am coordinating for Tetu and mukurweini constituencies. And guess what, we will be posing as jubilee agents. " Mukaigua ta thitima"

CORD should very careful how they handle this election issue because the world is different from how it was in 2007 and even 2013. When we hold our elections in August 2017 Trump will be the president of the USA. His policy is America First and F*ck the rest of the world. What this means to us is that unless our elections hurt US interests directly there will be no "consequences" to how we vote or behave. We can slaughter ourselves till the cows come home and the US will not care.

The first test is going to be Gambia. If you see the US doing nothing there then know that they will do nothing if we start fighting here. For an America that will not be interested in solving other countries problems, they will prefer stability to internal democracy. Stability is more predictable with an incumbent than a new leader and even if Jubilee was to openly rig the elections I do not think the US would support any "haki yetu" demonstrations. The state will use all means to suppress disorder and the world powers will at worst do nothing or even support it.

CORD should do everything in its power to avoid street protests because the loser will be ordinary Kenyans.

FYI my folks huko RV voted for baba in 2007 but when chaos broke out they were attacked for being kabila adui. No one cared that they were baba supporters. They were persecuted coz of tribe. So telling me to support baba is nonsense. Once bitten twice shy. Charity begins at home. I'd rather be attacked for voting for Ouru than being attacked after voting for huyo mtu. We have to be realistic. Many lessons were learnt in 2007 .

I will let the Northamptonshire vs liverpool debate to end (it was on a light note anyway smile ).

the truth is the only person you know for a fact that voted for ouru is you. I am not saying others didn't but kura ni siri...smile Secondly, I agree with the choosing him as your rep... your delegate... your spokesman. where i tend to disagree with you is that his woes are yours, his mistakes are your, his joys are yours. Ukituma mtoto dukani ajigonge kidole kwa mawe - sio wewe unasikia uchungu ni yeye. umempatia kazi... in the same way unapatia mboch wenu kazi.. akichomeka akipika unasikia uchungu?

Traitor ??? The only traitors are our relathieves from ichaweri. Started with the land when our grandpa's were in manyani now stealing from my generation and still expect to steal from my kids generation.

We will have a copy of each and every polling centre in mt.kenya. mujaribu kuiba.

BTW this is the easiest way to pull out of a difficult marriage with our kleptomaniacs from RV.

I will donate a bottle of Jack Daniels (if you imbibe)to you on condition that your 24 hours start after you vote. I do not care who you vote for as long as you do so.

Thanks but I can't vote for any of these jokers. To them, we are just mere canon fodder for their political games.

Try Xanax (alprazolam) and go vote for Gavana MM only. You will be "chini ya maji" through the day although awake.

I personally see no problems with the manual back up plan.

I honestly hate pedantic details, the election day is one day every 5 years, we cant be living and breathing it every next day for every 5 year cycle.

The big picture for all Kenyans is that we get a free and fair elections and that everyone gets to choose whom they want.

There is no problem with back up system. The main problem is mistrust so it is assumed that the electronic might conveniently be made to fail in some places such as Nithi, Naivasha and Juja.

Akina Kethi wakaenda Kortini tu rubbish the register... until now Watu hawataki hiyo register - what should happen if 1% of legitimate the voters showup to vote and cannot get to vote? Even ghana rolled back it's NVNV mantra!
