You are one of of the few wazuans I consider level headed but your moral principles ...??? I ma very ethical... I respect human life and consider it irrepeatable irreplaceable and unique. I however don't treat the dead in the same way. Some burn their dead (worse end than leaving the bodies in the sun), some throw the dead into holes and cover them up. I think the rituals around the dead are of use to the living not to the dead. a dead person is a dead person... something will eat his/her body - it may be big or small but it will be eaten non the less. I think I am a moral person who does not want people to be reckless with their lives. I suppose it is not upright to leave law enforcers bodies scorching in the sun of 3 days as alleged. What does the living APs think? What of the families of the victims? I happen to have gone through a subject called S.E.E in high school and they mentioned something called 'empathy'. I believe you lack that in reference to the dead and related living persons. I concur with you that rituals performed to the dead are for the living. However, can't you just respect someones ritual to his/her dead as you do to his/her religion? It is theirs, and if you are the government, then you need to support the bereaved in all ways possible. Especially if they died in the line of duty. I have never seen or heard of a dead soldier purposely left in the battle field, unless the battalion is completely wiped. Sorry, that is not a discussion here(this thread).

Society has surely gone to the dogs. This cooperate thing is not all that, from watching those videos, there is nothing that suggests that the victims in way did not cooperate. Its easier to blame the victims but the truth is those cops woke up that morning with the intention of killing a black man, just the same way they woke up every other morning before that.
