If they stick to the projected timelines, should be live in June

Unfortunately this is our police force. Lazy, corrupt, unreasonable people who cannot investigate a pile of poop. Prefer to show up once the danger is well and truly past. 'It's an inside job' or 'it was a light bulb' they love to scream if only to just avoid some real investigative work. We will see how they will use the new tool but one thing is clear. This needs some very quick thinking folks handling this, some very responsive officers on the beat, and someone who quickly and competently pieces together evidence for the courts.

Huawei wins a tender for street and highway surveillance equipment at 15 Billion. Tender gets cancelled. Safaricom is single sourced at 45 Billion. Safaricom contracts Huawei at 15 Billion for the job. 30 Billion is stashed in offshore accounts.
