This is a classic example of ''Churning'' whereby a trader gives two orders at the same time one for buy,another for sell at the same price with an intention of rising the price.

This thing has gone up with another 9.52% during last moments of trade today moving another 100 shares with a turnover of KES 3,450. When does this become a matter of investigation or its man-eat-man?
