The thing that is wrong is to make the contributions compulsory and to dictate the amount of the contributions.
Those two points we are in agreement...though we do not know how they conduct their staff welfare activities.Am insisting on this bacause every org has its own way of dealing with this matters and yes we have people(mostly junior staff) who raise issues despite having read the welfare constitution and subscribed to it.
Question---If it was another envoy involved say Elikana or Wenwa would this have been an issue? Would the memo have been leaked?
