Hon. Raila may need to avoid reference to an inexistent constitution. It's confusing the country's Psyche.

I feel sorry for Jakom. I get the impression that he is miserable. I wish he could look at life positively and be glad and grateful for all the good things that are going well in his life. Long live RAO

This disease is not unique to RAO. Many athletes/sportsmen and women suffer from it. That is why most of them get into alcoholism, drug abuse and some even commit or attempt to commit suicide! Many of them attempt to make comebacks even when it is clear their time is up. Like boxers who get back to the ring well into their forties and get a beating of their lives. George Foreman, Michael Jordan, Michael Schumacher etc. The list of those who've gone into alcoholism and drugs is endless!

RAO has given alot for this country including his freedom, was our Prime Minister etc. etc. Maybe 'we' should get him help instead of criticizing him. My thoughts.
Never count on making a good sale. Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.

did Rao ever go to university?

There were questions about whether he cleared High School in the first place! His ever being in Maranda High was also brought to question sometimes back.

Is his Soviet degree genuine? May be we should clear the air about his High School first.

Soviet or German? and was the school a university then or it became one in 1987?

I thought we all agreed (silently may be) we need more credible "rink" than kenyapost.... no matter how "reliable" their sources are.... so, here's something you can look at... the University itself..

or their history (one and the same anyway)

What happened before it was a university and whether a college can confer degrees is something only academicians(by profession or nature) can tell us authoritatively.

In that interview Raila talked about many things but then again we only pick what we wanted him to say. RAILA is here to stay; he is going nowhere!

It was funny, that's why. Call me Prime Minister! But I agree with you and Koigi. RAO should stay. And vie again in 2017

I agree. RAO should stay. He will keep government on toes. Knowing that RAO is waiting to pounce if the mess up ought to keep them motivated.

But RAO also needs to operate in a dignified and sober manner. Sio nyef nyef tu. We need to view him as a probable future president and former Prime Minister all rolled into one.

@Wendz, It could offer degrees if it was a constituent college to/or was affiliated to a certain university.

To settle this issue once and for all,

Maybe OAR should just call a press conference and show us the degree.

Or show us the academic papers he published in engineering academic journals when he was a'lecturer' at UoN.

Or show us his registration certificate by the Engineers board.

Or parade to us students who he taught at the UoN.

So had Wetangula lost, would Rao have insisted that his title remains Minister for.....? Baba should accept and move on!

Pathetic thread.. my last post....

Those deriving an ease and peace of a man having a pee after long being pressed can continue picking over a none entity's 'policy' statements..
