Considering the performance of IEBC up to the closing time of 5pm, this commission has performed dismally compared to the Kivuitu team. I never saw those long lines all over Kenya at 5pm.
Hope they will not take us to another disappointment. I will not be surprised if the system of sending the the provisional results collapses.
It is a shame.!!!
