we should blame the scrupulous businessmen who are greedy and want pesa ya haraka. look at all these cases and you find that they are from a certain region. i don't want to believe that the others dont indulge in alcohol. African parents don't know how to say sorry.. the closest you will get to a sorry is a 'have you eaten'
