Can we have him as the acting Governor for Kiambu in the temporary absence of Babayanani?

I have come to respect madam Ngilu a lot.

Her initial project of Ndengu was amazing. In one year, Kitui was struggling with a surplus harvest and dwindling market.

Jubilee idiots wouldn't help her supply the same to India which was the target market.

With Kicotec and Rivatex I am seeing a possible revival of the cotton industry.

Peter Munga once offered to take over all the ginneries in 2014. The bribes demanded by the Jubilee duo made him abandon the project.

Why not just set up the ginneries from scratch, he would benefit from newer more efficient machines and processing technologies.

I have absolutely no background on this but my bet is there must have been some underlying asset he wanted to grab, e,g land

Actually, contracts were to be secured to export ndengu to India, unfortunately, India also had a bumper harvest after good rains so they slapped an import quota locking out imports

Madam eventually lobbied govt (who were purchasing imported mung beans from tenderpreneur) and so NYS min of education Magereza were told to purchase the crop all be it at a lower price.

It is unfortunate that other cereals are not given the much attention given to maize. National Cereals Board became the National Maize board

The people get to choose what's best for them
Quote:
Recently, the Samburu County government procured more than 20,000 circumcision knives in efforts to fight the risks of HIV infection among young men getting circumcised.

The county’s ministry of Social Services, Gender and Culture also procured gloves and other health equipment to facilitate a hygienic exercise.

The ministry’s chief officer, Andrew Lenyasunya, says that in Samburu culture boys are circumcised en masse.

“Boys are circumcised in big numbers and, in the past, the circumcisers used only one knife. But things have changed and to avoid the spread of HIV, we have also trained circumcisers on hygiene and we have provided gloves and other sterilisers,” Lenyasunya said.

Wouldn't be surprised about graft when I take into account her record in Health & Water ministries.

If mama chews 10% from all the deals and allows 90% for growth,I will let it pass. She has to recoup her investment and create a war chest for 2022.

Contrast that with Arror Kimwarer idiots who munch everything 100% before the projects start.
