I propose that the final two slots be filled by members of the wazua tribe. Will as many as are of that opinion say aye... AYE!! will as many as are of a contrary opinion say no.... (sounds of crickets...)

The AYES have it.

@ liv i agree with you,it is clear that qualifications were not the only thing under consideration in the nominations.....while i am not sure that every big tribe should be represented-because that would be discrimination against the smaller ones- i agree that nominations should be seen to be fair.....Actually i would like to see the list shot down and them having to revise it.....

Well I would not want to see the current list of CS nominees rejected....this would start a political circus....and we don't have time for that. I still think it is okay.... however we need additional appointments from significant communities like Maasai and Mijikenda. These 2 additional appointments would make it fairly representative.

Ok,i hope they are listening, because it is clear that they want to consolidate their support and base( which is oK because politics lazima) but i think some communities did not have to be over represented at the expense of others..... no matter how much we want to talk about qualifications,it is all about perceptions and walking the talk.

Ruto was in Western today with Mudavadi. Said Mdvd will be part of the next govt. Guess we now know who will take up one of the two final slots.
