He is always so positive even when the airlines are crashing. Greedy when others are fearful. Very fearful when others are greedy - to paraphrase Warren Buffett

No profit in h2, but a massive rebound in h1 2015 I also expect good performance of KQ, with the pay reduction, acquisition of fuel efficient new dreamliners, decline in fuel prices -as results from elsewhere show http://articles.economic...ne-fuel-aviation-sector
The British Airways (BA) owner International Airlines Group (IAG) has also reported a big jump in annual profit and raised its forecast for 2015. IAG reported pre-tax profits of €828m (£601m) for the year to 31 December. Profits were boosted by the use of new fuel efficient aircraft and what it called a "remarkable" turnaround at Spanish airline Iberia. IAG's operating profits nearly doubled to just more than €1bn. It also raised its 2015 forecast by 20%. http://www.bbc.com/news/business-31655443

In 2013 I shared my fears on this forum that KQ was going to be a government bailout case by June 2015 thanks to project mawingu. I sure hope this is not happening. But i know things are dieng' in there.

Let us wait for that june KQ will likely show a loss for FY 2014-15 (ending Mar 2015) as well even though its 2H will be much better than 1H. Will the (possible) profits in 2015-16 be enough to pull KQ out of its death spiral? Greedy when others are fearful. Very fearful when others are greedy - to paraphrase Warren Buffett

At 9.45 Price has retraced 50% since 11 and 7.85. Uptrend should proceed from here to test 11 again or downtrend to 8.6. In the world of securities, courage and patience become the supreme virtues after adequate knowledge and a tested judgment are at hand.
