Rank: Veteran Joined: 9/21/2011 Posts: 2,032		I think the judges wanted to confirm UMK is humble enough to submit to them b4 'they do' him a favour I.e. terminate the case. Thee case will be dismissed and OTP asked to commence investigation if they so wish. My 2 cents.
