This analysis is worth a thousand words, and should be the lesson from the american election; turn out is what differentiates between a winner and a loser in close elections. Some Democrats thought they had won as per opinion polls and stayed at home, ole wao. ... Turn out is also what we determine 2017 elections winner in Kenya. .and I can repeat that.. Democracy does not belong to the dead

Michael Moore is a comedian so I never paid attention to his prediction. But of all predictions, his was the most accurate . He predicted exactly how Trump would win and it happened. He literally nailed it. 1. Manufacturing Jobs: Trump promised to slap tarriffs on all foreign built machinery. This explains why he won the industrial rust belt states that Obama previously won: Wisconsin, Ohio, Michigan, Iowa 2. White Anger: Whites think power is slipping out of their hand and they are now fighting back: 2042 is the year when it is predicted the whites will become a minority. They will try to push that to 2062. 3. Hillary is hated: 70% of Americans think Hillary is untrustworthy. You cannot run such a candidate and hope to win. 4. The Bernie Sanders crowd: These are the occupy wall street crowd who should vote democrat but do not trust hillary because of her double speak on these issues 5. People are tired of politicians. They want an outsider. If you never read it. Here http://michaelmoore.com/trumpwillwin/
The only issue Moore did not mention is the barrage of leaked e-mails that Julian Assange leaked showing Clinton bashing Sanders supporters, getting leakage before debates, bashing Obama etc etc etc. Also the late FBI investigation messed Clinton up. However in four years when everyone realizes Trump will not bring back manufacturing jobs nor ban muslims nor build the wall, reality will set in and Trump will not even bother to run in 2020. Thats assumming he even lasts that long. I have a feeling he will resign when the reality of the job sets in.

But Even Trump himself had issues with the same system So the country elected Trump but the system elected Trump. Huko hakuna referendum? You see democrats have lost two presidencies just like that. 2/3 congress has to vote. Congress is republican. How easy will it be to repeal obamacre? He could try, with the majorities in the houses. However, he would make bitter, lasting enemies of the twenty-something million Americans covered by the scheme; The move would also deeply annoy Democrats, who are now revving their engines to frustrate future Republican efforts to create legislation to back Trump's policies. More fuel to the fire. Closer home, local politicians used Raila's efforts to relocate people from Mau forest to devastating effect. IMHO, there is no such thing as "outsiders" in politics. Not for long anyway. As long as America is not a straight-up dictatorship and everything has to pushed through 2 houses, Trump is about to get served with filibustering and sabotage of the century ...he will realize that executive decisions a'la "The Apprentice" have no purchase and to get anything done he will have to get his hands dirty glad-handing, diplomacy and smoothing ruffled feathers. And that is local American politics. Akina ISIS, China, Syria, Russia, NATO, EU, Britain, North Korea, Japan and Israel are all concocting curve balls as we speak. Newt Gingrich as Secretary of State? Get popcorn. Trump is going to have to become a Washington insider in very short order. What a time to be alive! You are realistic and level headed. I too do not expect a too radical shift from the way things have been, the way they are and the way they will be. But of course it will be naive to expect there will be absolutely no differences in the way things are run at leas for the next 4 years. But whatever internal politics - obamacare and whatnot - that goes on over there for us it will be like a rocking chair. It will give us something to do but not get us anywhere. Its the foreign policy that should interest us because that is what will affect us. They might only be able to change pieces of it. http://www.cnn.com/2016/...ns-obamacare/index.html

What were they threatening if Trump were to lose? And Trump in 2012? What was he threatening? By the way, he deleted those tweets just a couple of days ago but the internet never forgets. Even without considering who won which state...this system is so so unfair..... This is the hallmark of a rigged system. How can 722,871 people have the same say with 195,369 people. No wonder there is such a low voter turnout in the USA. What would you feel if you became aware that the vote of 3.7 people in your state is equal to one persons vote in another state?

Reality will soon set in for rethugs who think Obamacare can be repealed. There are 20 million people dependent on it. Also reality will soon set in for the old economy types who think Trump will bring back well paying manufacturing jobs.
