Add to that 70% discount on shipping general cargo to Mumbai and Guangzhou till March 2015. The belly is probably empty from Kenya/Africa to India/China. We are net importers of everything under the sun. And Ebola travels in the cabin not cargo-hold. It's better for KQ to fill the belly at a 70% discount [as long as they return full] rather than fly empty... It also shuts out the mid-east carriers. Greedy when others are fearful. Dint go back to my guy in accounts to find out if he cut back on any further positions that had been planned for hedging.. But seriously Naikuni wasnt a real manager

of course kq management know how to lose money. they most probably hedged at $99, or are going to do that starting tomorrow ,
