Seems the Immigration guys say he isn't Kenyan and the court ruled he is Kenyan.

No airport can allow an international traveler to pass a point of entry without a passport. This is not a fish market.

Miguna would have submitted his Canadian passport which is what he used to travel and ride direct to Nyayo hse for his kenyan passport.

JKIA has just passed a test. They've proved to FAA that they can not be intimidated by a bully.


Why can't the gaarment use his confiscated Ke PP? Don't they have it


Because it was invalidated and destroyed/perforated as it had been acquired illegally.

The court ruled that Miguna should be given back his PP.Since it's the Ke gaarment that destroyed it , it should issue him with a Kenyan passport at the airport to facilitate hs entry

Secondly the Kenyan national ID cannot be used as a travel document except within the EAC excluding Tanzania and Burundi.

If he was clever he would have flown from Dubai to Uganda using his Canadian passport and enter Kenya from Uganda using is illegally held National ID.

Second question the ID issue that its not recognized as a travel document lets say i fly in from Mombasa must i have a passport?
I think the word travel needs to be defined in law.

You know someone just can't wake up in the morning and declare my ID illegal. Not Itumbi or CA. There has to be a process. When was it declared illegal? By whom?

You are busy quoting court cases up here. The court rule was very very clear. He must return. The Immigration Department must give him TRAVEL DOCUMENTS. Travel documents don't necessarily mean a passport or an ID. It is a piece of paper with a gov't logo it. I know I have seen it.

The only people doing illegal stuff here are in Jubilee gov't. Trying to spin this.

If Miguna is not a citizen, where is the proof? Why are they afraid of going to court to show that he's not a citizen?

Every time they hear a court room they run because they know they are lying to their followers, to themselves and even to Satan.

Someone f***ed up badly in gov't giving the wrong legal advise about his citizenship. That someone will not allow Miguna back so that they don't have to say sorry.

But they will. One day some day. I hear this present gov't has 4 years to go before we get the real matapakas.
