i am against a big Kenyan bank taking it and copy pasting their harsh lending conditions

Its loose lending that has brought Chase to its knees. Even QNB will be harsh...and the concubines working there will be scrapped.

not loose lending but corrupt top management

Defending the indefensible. Thieves were caught, next stage is they refund the money & jail them. rest is sideshows!!!

Some people in wazua just like trolling. This is an open and shut case.

Bull crap, show me one post where I have defended the directors. If you can not read and understand, usisambaze ujinga.

Othelo, companies restate their results all the times Co-op has done it.

See how the bloggers fooled you? Big money is allover this one.

The big money most likely is after the banking license and not the business model. I am sure the Qataris wont need the Chase loan book.

When they buy, they take everything including the liability. But that is secondary, the fact remains, the bank was not badly off. Business was good.

Are you trying to say that the Qataris don't know about Musharaka* (sp)?
