FYI: Sorry to burst your bubble - The IEBC cannot be disbanded! its like the Judiciary - fixed term. you simply need a tribunal kick out the commissioners but there is nothing in law to remove the secretariat. if you have issues then take them to court the concerned person will bear individual responsibility. All Mushrooms are edible! Some Mushroom are only edible ONCE!
