So what? The way I see it... next time MoE will stay off their case!

And the sales volumes are up in Kenya... KPRL can only process 1.6mn MT (please correct me if I am mistaken)... So KK has the chance to go back to importing a decent share of the 'additional' 1.6mn MTs...

"We further wish to announce that the company has signed the new Transportation and Storage Agreement with the Kenya Pipeline Company (KPC), but without Prejudice to pending Civil and/or Arbitration matters against the Pipeline.

Management does not wish to comment on the level of accuracy of some reports in yesterday’s electronic media and/or today’s printed media"

[quote=mwanahisa]We are being robbed of our big payday - Kshs 4.6 B. I will definitely want to hear this from Mr. Segman.

Meanwhile I am holding out hope from the statement to the effect

"Though Nyoike could not divulge details under what terms the standoff with KenolKobil was resolved, he said the oil marketer has signed a new contract with KPC and the Kenya Petroleum Refinery Limited (KPRL) that will allow it to start importation of oil products for the local market.

Maybe he was@wazuans- SOMEONE could nt reveal details. I wonder y. Maybe am the only one smelin a rat around. Is it posible that some elements somewher could hav caused the drop in share value, buy a bulk ,wait 4 some one to two months, settle dispute, fail to reveal ALL the details, gain sh1.50 per share. Sel n run faster than bolt only to stop n share with the few at the high table. Let me hope am dreamin,bt ofcos u al knw that i mis this bus.

@X13United has a good point... I am glad I refused to sell but managed to buy some more...

I vote for Segman & Co to continue with the lawsuits against KPRL & KPC... I want my payday!
