The operative word here, in my opinion, is "succeeding"
He is the Deputy Governor of the Great County of Kirinyaga.
Her Excellency Waiguru was beginning to come out of the Ni Ya Sweetie Shadow but now, she will have to carry the additional cross of having a Deputy with questionable but "acceptable" morals.
In the scheme of things at the County level, a DG has little influence in the day to day running of the affairs of State and County.
Which brings me back to "succeeding". What is he to succeed in achieving?
Just a thought.
