The supreme court chose to base its judgement on the electoral process.
The credibility of the final tally was damaged when IEBC refused to open its servers for scrutiny.
Therefore there is no basis to gauge anything tangible from the final tally.
NASA cant participate in a pre-rigged elections.
Let the government of national unity be formed which will prepare a fresh elections in two years time.La sivyo tugawane nchi.
