To replace Ngilu. Lands docket belongs to the akamba. Also the watermelon appears to have bigger political clout than "this woman". It will be killing 2 birds with one stone ie bringing the akamba to jumbiree while destroying cord, isolating "huyo mujaruo".

maka, kwani wewe ni alai?
It is not inconceivable that Kalonzo would take that demotion to a CS. If he did, the people would then move to Ngilu.

The anti-Kikuyu sentiment among the Akamba is very strong. I have seen many comments on county fb pages saying that as much as they would want to back their own, RAO is the best bet to remove the Kikuyu from power(note objective is not to remove UMK or Jubilee, but the Kikuyu)
Totally agreeing with your sentiments. Last elections I asked one of my Kao rela who they were voting for she replied Kimundu kii. They didn't vote out of love for the guy but for their hate for their cousins.

These people even the Kaleos voted just because of Ruto otherwise I don't think the communities that hate them can all be wrong

[quote=Lolest!][quote]Machakos Governor Alfred Mutua’s strategy to save on the budget for vehicles for his county ministers landed him in the Ethics and Anti-Corruption files, which are now a subject of corruption discussion.

The EACC investigations on the governor were based on a letter from Machakos Senator Johnstone Muthama, who contested the purchase procedures of the vehicles.

Mutua is the best governor so far. just imagine if all governors has done what he has done so far?

What about Ngilu. Ama that wire is too hot to handle? It is easy to deal with the technocrat Cabinet Secretaries, the political ones, Ngilu, Kambi, Balala have to be handled with care.

Muthama was right on this:
1. no tenders were floated to purchase the vehicles as per procurement regulations
2. govt regulations dont allow buying of mitumba vehicles (lest we all dump our aged jalopies kwa govt at inflated prices)
