Wasting shareholders funds;over the past 1 year the company has received the following;
ksh.600mn KCB Loan
Ksh.450mn from Co-op bank
Ksh.895mn rights issue money

And the company was looking for of ksh.600mn to pay suppliers.

Sometimes back I met him at Naivasha in the company of a colleague (a very fly mama)who is married and he was 'spoiling'her.

Over expanding led to the issues with Uchumi, too many outlets it became very difficult to manage and maintain a standard.

My assumption would be that hizo 895M "zimekulwo zikaisha".
