Before the caravan attack, the Quraish kicked Muhammad (saw) out of Mecca just for introducing Islam.. Just like Jesus (as) said he was rejected in his own home The Quraish were the ones who waged war on the prophet (saw) not the other way around! Mark 12:29 Deuteronomy 4:16

Every time you disobey the Qur'an you are a Kaffir even if one wears a Hi jab.. So the Mujahideen are Kaffirun every time they do not follow the rules of the Qur'an in war and they become terrorists!
