Applause Applause Applause

Wednesday I want to cover 10.2kms....route already determined and I want to finish this in less than an hour coz my aim is to this time round finish the 21kms in less than 2hrs!!!

I think this is doable. All the best.

I managed sub 1hr for the 10Kms....on furahiday morning I do 14kms!!!

Applause Applause Applause Applause You are doing great!

What would be your programme for the next ten days?

Kesho I'm 14kms which will be the biggest in terms of practice, whole of next week I'm in Nyahururu for biz, will make sure I hit the road at least thrice and then I'll be good to go!!!

Poa. Am planning to do at least 3 runs Saturday(14km), Monday(10km), Tuesday(6km)... and then lazy around as my body recovers for the big day.

while running, watch out for a Guy with two Kids, a 11yr old Dota and a 6yr old son(he might be hitting his ball) on the 5km one. That will be me and the clan walking leisurely.
