Hehe ... then maybe he/she should look into juicing or a raw diet?

I would advice you take lots of water as recommended, eat healthy and be patient before changing into a different product.

Is this how your acne cleared?

The water and healthy eating is in addition to the products provided by the dermatologist. I've not had acne yet but know several pple who have had and I know different products work for diff pple the problem is trying diff products for a short while and changing that way; then you might never know which product worked.
On eating healthy and water, you keep your skin moisturized and nourished plus there are nutrients found in food that help in skin maintenance and cleansing such as cucumber...there are also soaps such as Johnson baby sensitive but then again it matter with your skin

there is this new soap PROTEX DEEP CLEAN use it twice a day, don't apply funny stuff on your face don't do anything to it if need be buy baby lotion, leave the skin alone it will heal itself, and never ever go to sleep without washing your face, and also don't apply anything at night, keep your pillow clean, worked for me smile

I've heard castor oil and tea tree oil can help too.

I think visiting a skin specialist would help, skin problems can sometimes be very stubborn.

My 2 cents experience: I have battled with acne for close to 20 years...and in that time I have been to the dermatologists, given tabs, injections, soaps, lotions and nothing really changed. I got some lotion (i think it was called panoxly 10 or panoxly 5) which seemed to work fine...but everytime I stopped, the damn acne resurfaced...and worse still, my body started reacting negatively. I shifted to traditonal herbs but wapi.

I found my cure accidentally - regular washing my face with warm water and Imperial soap (the original one). I suspect its the ingredient in the soap (since other soaps dont work).

That works for me...am not saying it will work for somebody else. And am not promoting the imperial soap. Just putting my experience.

I guess everyone must either through a dermatologist or trial & error find their cure.

Hoping my response isn't too late.

Are you taking at least 8 glasses of water a day
Are you having a balanced diet?
Make sure ur diet contains enough fibre; whole wheat, brown rice, whole meal bread(don't confuse wth brown bread)Have at least 5 fruit servings every day.

when was the last time you detoxed ur body? By this am trying to show you there are several causes of acne. AS such, you cannot expect one product to work for everyone. Also, with real beauty, always start from inside.

If you need me to recommend a detox for you, email. I recommend you get a PH balanced soap and aloe vera gel to use on ur face. Remember a good sunscreen is useful for protection against the elements of weather.

@Viva change soap - use Dove soap and Johsons baby oil - the clear glycerine one in the clear plastic bottle. Wash your face every morning and evening. After washing apply this oil and massage it in for like 3-5 mins, don't worry if you shine like a baby's bums. After 2 months you will be more than ok. In the meantime cut down of Coffee, Coke and peanuts almost completely until your skin heals.
