Last night an aide to the former PM, Eliud Owalo, said a similar incident was meted on Raila’s wife Ida on Friday last week. “The security personnel at JKIA claim that they are acting on the basis of a letter written by Francis Kimemia whose contents they have been instructed to enforce to the letter at all airports countrywide," he said in a statement.
