sa atasema nini?even a tallying process under the courts scrutiny shows descrepancies...surely IEBC nkt

What we do not know is how big and widespread the discrepancies are. In addition the petitioner has failed to prove that these errors are purely to his disadvantage willf favouring the respondent. The petitioners are hoping that given the critical 50pc plus 1 threshhold that a winner must attain, the iebc results cannot be relied upon with all the inaccuracies and errors to determine the winner.

@guru, I wonder what's the 'level' of materiality test given the magnitude of the +1....

Like said earlier, KICC was the venue of the real action.

Let's wait for kesho. Like McR, praying for peace either way.

@Maka,
What makes you feel like killing other people? I thought you are a lawyer.... you think the supreme court will fail to address the election issues?

We now have a new constitution now addressing some of the sharing resources issues.... you think it will fail?

...Probably @Maka is basing his assertion on what has been going on in the social media. The country is very polarized. The new government has its work cut out. A lot of healing is required. What is the point of pretending that all is well when it is not? LET US REACH OUT TO ONE ANOTHER. Let us embrace each other no matter what the circumstances. I am surprised that majority of those who are ardent supporters of both camps lead such miserable lives and their status aint gonna change in the coming years no matter who rules.

when you get 19,20-25 year olds calling each other dirty mongrels we are treading on very dangerous grounds...am worried about the future of this country truth be told...

As we look forward towards the ruling, let us focus on the true meaning of Easter. May peace prevail whatever the ruling. Nothing is too final and life goes on.

In the event that a re.run is ordered, the thought of another month of politicking really wears me out.
