S.K. Macharia expected government contracts up in smoke. He is finished! Uhuru doesn't need his money or media influence.

There will be people crying louder than OAR. The guys who voted with their money hoping for huge government contracts - some give hundreds of millions and other physical and logistical resources. You can bet it was their idea to go to court and they will be funding the short lived court process. They have to get their pay day. But unlike 2007 when they forced their nusu mkate payday, this time round they will be writting off their loses.
Never count on making a good sale. Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.

Raila just trying to save face, it is expected. The supreme court cannot dare play into his hands since:
.In that press conference, he did not pin-point any real evidence of rigging.
.If the supreme court agrees that the election was unfair, the only verdict they can give is to order a recount or a fresh election, not run-off
.A recount is out since Raila alleges that even the voter register is flawed
No judge will order a fresh election and this matter is over and done with. Just like Miguna, I feel Raila was qualified to be president at some point but he cannibalised himself with time. I honestly feel sorry for him, but will he apologize for 2007PEV, Maize scandal, Mollases, never ending ndrama / vindeo?

Finally, those who won and those who lost – your president is my president and vice versa.

Sure, RAO and his handlers will have their 15 minutes of fame in court. While at it make some lawyers earn money for what he was told for free by Mutahi Ngunyi.

I think RAO is just looking for a soft landing for himself....just to painful to accept reality outright.

Did I hear him about to explain some conspiracy just before he was cut off by NTV, while answering a question from some foreign journalist?!? signs of lack of substance

i dismissed him when he talked of some areas having more than 100% voting coz none of results by constituency that was announced by IEBC has this. Even my own spreadsheet here doesn't. then he talked of his team being thrown out, well both TNA and CORD were thrown out after ODM guys started shouting. IEBC had a right under law to do so.

There will be no case here!

He has said that the IEBC programmed the computers to fail so that electronic tallying couldn't be done, so that they could rig.

Did I not say that this was what he was going to allege? I really pity him. He is so predictable.

as one kidero and Michael Wamalwa (RIP) once said, he is not so intelligent.

If I got it right, the data has been verified and confirmed to be correct.
