In my polling centre, people who got there at 5am are yet to vote. Am going there at 4.45pm kama nishamunch supper. No need torturing myself for hours in this solar.

It's actually a rejected vote according to the PO at that poling station. Explanation: The order of counting the ballots does not allow reconciliation. Once a box eg. Presidential box is opened, the ballots are counted and returned in the box and it is sealed. It cannot be reopened later if a president vote is found in county rep box.
