We used to have this discussion in management class.Why do women not empower themselves at the workplace but instead female managers frustrate fellow female employees.

Wow where do you get such stats?But I guess one Mukiha was right in saying marriage has a way in moderating a persons character

I mean a genre of African-American music of the 1980s and 1990s in which rhyming lyrics are chanted to a musical accompaniment; several forms of rap have since emerged. They wanted to do it. Very bad.

There r things that can not be changed e.g If a boss is not happy with her quantities, hair, legs, the car that the significant other drives etc etc then she will fight with any lady whom she thinks has better of any of the above than her.
In general most bullies have issues with themselves and they take it out on other people.

Meanwhile @ essyk r u serious u r being bullied?? I would understand if you r bullying someone n not the other way. (Just my imagination though.)

I concur. Any unmarried boss (especially female) handle with care. If nobody wants her/him, chances are you won't want them near you for days on end, all day every day. #fromexperience
