This thing is far from over kisia is still in the running .kidero might get the shock of his life and might even trail waititu and mbaru . as its stands now who has the ethnic numbers in the slums ,middle class and swing votes of somalis and kisii .

Now the bile is not so strong! 2007 was interesting here. To be honest I think there was less bile then than now. It was all about Kibaki's broken promises and promotion of his tribesmen to key positions. In fact when violence started Wazua was very reconciliatory if I recall. Other forums were terrible though, mashada etc were full of hate. Business opportunities are like buses, there's always another one coming

If he bars them, there will be outcry and possibly, court cases. If he doesn't bar them, outcry then possibly some court cases. Which of the two scenarios serves a better greater good? I think allowing them.

If he allows them,he should be ready to face the law which may even grant an injunction barring the elections in the affected areas or creating by elections now that we have a competent bench.Let him joke with the law. This is a clear cut case which can even be handled by the recent graduands from Kenya School of Law and the evidence is overwhelming.
