Some signed document? Of coz you and i know that we can never have that. What we do have and i know is the wording we've been getting from madam clinton n Annan. You can argue otherwise but when a secretary of state says "relations won't be the same" , you better know it's diplomatic speak for this will be tough. We all also know UK,France and to some extend Germany, they take the cue from US. Wherever US goes, will definately find the others their. Now, tell me, is that something you wouldn't see in your thinking? Or is it that you just refuse to think? how tough?does it mean the likes of kfc,us embassy, unep, usaid, world bank, tullow oil, british high commission, cocacola will close shop?what position does Annan hold?of course it will be tough for uhuru to govern with a court case but if he is duly elected so be it.
