@the deal, recheck post 45. Its incorrect. KCB actually bought property and equipment worth over KES 1B in H1 2012.

Results wont lie. The only creativity here is growing profitability not accounting as Citi would want us to believe.

At 33bob KCB will have a P/E ratio of 8.9 and a dividend yield of 5.6% based on 2011 results.. (Still better than what Equity currently offers)

Basing on predicted 2012 results at 33bob KCB is set to have a P/E ratio of 6.5 and a dividend yield of 8.5%..

With rates set to fall in the second half this is an opportunity of a life time!

I am surprised, the excellent results of member and rooar do not seem to have excited the market so much. It looks VVS, Stockmaster and the Deal are picking the low hanging fruits.
