I don't know what most are complaining about here, the judge simply interpreted the law that Kenya has ratified. The problem with Kenyans is that they think that laws are only to be followed when its convinient.

If I remember correctly, Museveni actually said he would arrest Bashir if he ever stepped into Uganda, the same stance I believe has been taken by Kagame. Uganda has troops in Somalia and Rwanda has troops in Darfur. Why are we Kenyans such cowards.

This is the same Sudan that kills black people for sport in Darfur, and killed millions of other balcks in South Sudan over a 2 decade period. The same Sudan (with Egypt) that insists that we should not use our rivers that flow into lake Victoria because we are interfering with the waterflow to them.

C'mon guys have some guts and a bit of pride.

I think the paper is right; they mean "fit of fury" as in hasira mwingi and not "fist of fury" as in ngumi ya hasira.

Yes, Mr. Kanobi.

The other day we preached that states should be able to determine their own direction without interference from third party states.

I still think states should determine their own direction without being cowed by another.

Kenya was not cowed in this matter by anyone and should still not be cowed by another in this matter.

Unless something has changed.....

Globalization.

NGO's and other unelected 'technocrats' will eventually run the affairs of nations.

That's where the problem lies. NGO's receive donor funding and push the interests of their masters down the throats of Kenyans in the name of freedom and democracy. Who elected them and whose agenda do they represent?

I think these judges have resorted to making populist judgements in anticipation of the upcoming vetting.
I may be wrong though....

unconfirmed reports, due to the ongoing diplomatic stand-off between kenya and sudan the UN has stopped all hirings that were in progress for kenyans who were to join the international body in sudan (Abyei and Darfur offices)
Really this judge will cost us so much at the end of the day if its confirmed to be true

NB: Its grapevine no link though i know 2 guys who were on the way and the tickets cancelled midway
Life is an endless adventure
