People are not ignorant anymore. You cannot fool them anymore. SHIA vs SUNNI card is too tired. The real reason is politics played by America. They are not too pleased with powerful middle east country... now that they can't tiuch China and Russia, they turn to bully Iran.

The unfurling of the red flag atop Jamkaran mosque is scary. Each American would rather take note for there shall be blood for sure. I think killing the General was a stupid Trump mistake.

This was surely careless, they don't care, motivated by money. The goodness is this does not surprise no one, people know Uncle Sam now. The sycophants like kina @nandwa can never lie to the masses anymore. People now know Uncle Sam takes the law into their own hands without caring.

America cannot win any war: that's the sad news (and probably good news) I can share with you brothers and sisters. The structure of international politics has changed so much, and the nature of science and technology so limited to guarantee any victories.

Article in Nation newspaper suggests; - The convicted Iranian terrorists were acting on Qassem Soleimani directions!!
Quote:
Soleimani was top commander in Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guards, formed after the revolution in 1979 to ‘protect Iran’s Islamic political system.’
As the leader of the Quds Force for the last 22 years, the celebrated soldier served as the head of Iran’s equivalent of the CIA, leading Iran’s military strategy in the region and across the world.

Quote:
His main duty, a CIA report indicated, was to counter Iran’s enemies abroad, which included targeting US interests or those of their allies.
Kenya, Lebanon, Syria, Germany Israel and Bahrain were some of the countries he focused on.

Quote:
NAIROBI'S ROLE
Nairobi, one of Washington’s allies in The War on Terror, hosts the biggest diplomatic mission on African soil and routinely collaborates with the US on counter-terrorism measures.
Since 1998, Kenya was targeted by terror groups opposed to the US or Israel.
At the moment, Iranians do not have an ambassador in Nairobi. Former envoy, Dr Hadi Farajvand, left the country in 2019 under a cloud of controversy for trying to free Iranian terror convicts in Kenya.
Though Iran later appointed a replacement, he is yet to present his credentials.
TERROR SUSPECTS
Meanwhile, terror convicts Ahmad Abolfathi Mohammad and Sayed Mansour Mousavi, are currently serving a 15-year jail term, following their arrest with bomb-making material back in 2012.
A police report filed in court showed they confessed that they planned to attack US, Israeli or Saudi interests in Kenya and had hidden the explosive material at a golf club in Mombasa.
But there is more. While Soleimani had been implicated by the US for directing a network of militant groups that killed hundreds of Americans in Iraq, he, at some point, collaborated with the US against ISIS in Iraq.

On Friday, Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Khamenei, who appoints the commander of the Revolutionary guards, warned of “revenge” against the US, a call echoed by Iran’s allied groups, the Hezbollah in Lebanon and the Hezbollah Brigades in Iraq.

Here goes again the propaganda agent. Uncle Sam has always faked reasons to kill or invade or topple. There were so many ignorant people before. Luckily, there are more today who use their brain. You are hired by Israel to spread propaganda against Middle East. One day you will reap your fruits. When you die. All of us will die.

typical fake Muslim bringing death to each discussion. Is that why you Muslims kill innocent Kenyan Christians in Dusit? in Nyangoro Lamu, in manda base? in Westgate? in garrisa university(very innocent souls, may they RIP. You Muslims even kill your own children like in the recent mogadishu suicide bombing that killed over 90 people including students.

The thing is this, Iran represents the axis of evil, that country is led by the devils themselves, real terrorists, murderers who given a chance can wipe the whole world except their so fake allies/terrorists like Hezbollah, Hamas and such.

Many thanks to Donald Trump for hitting them hard and guess what, not yet. Within seconds that terrorist led country Iran can be wiped out alone by Israel. They are nothing but cowards who back in 2012 sent two Qods force guys in Kenya to Bomp Israel/American Interests in Kenya. Initially, they had targeted Cafesserie cafe in city mall Mombasa but later changed tact to increase their number of Israel/American Casualties.

Luckily due to Intelligence, the two guys were arrested, sentenced to life imprisonment and later to 15 years and thereafter to be exiled to Iran. They are now in Kamiti, they confessed to owning 15Kgs of high-grade military RDX compound that can bring down KICC.

Israel is respected, they know they are surrounded by evil and Iran cannot dare touch them, coz Iran know the consequences. Luckily Israel is an a good ally to Kenya. We share complicated intelligence and that's why we nabbed them on time.

They had been sent by Soleimani himself to kill, here in Kenya. The Kikambala terrorist attack was planned by Soleiman. He deserved that rocketed missile long time ago but the do-nothing democrat presidents were weak to extinguish that filth

Ati when you say the truth that is inconvenient to some guy here; he is going to wrap himself in explosives and blow you into smithereens! Or sponsor the same – typical.

Aside from that;
Obama chose to treat Iran like a spoiled brat;
Offer them candy, then as they gulp it in glee, take the knife away from their hands.

That was working pretty well until Trump decided to upset the Apples cart.

Amidst debilitating economic sanctions, Trump then tried to cajole Tehran into a deal of his own, but the Zealots incharge had other ideas, they chose to play hard ball.

In such a scenario, situations of possible military show downs are the order of the day.

The rest of the nuclear deal partners including China & Russia, though they are clear, They do not want to see Iran get a nuclear weapon,- and are committed to that position as the as per the original deal,- they are not okay with Trump’s withdrawal from the deal & subsequent armtwisting tactics he adopted.

And by the way, there are decent Governments among the Countries in the middle East; - UAE, Qatar, Egypt etc – whose countries are more focused on doing business as they forge a rational and level minded approach with the rest of the world.

Their economies have since expanded significantly - that they are not solely reliant on natural resources.

Iran has an enviable and huge potential in growing its economy outside oil industry but for ill advised antagonisms.

Some of the products they export to the world are first class and widely sought, but that Market keeps thinning due to sanctions - an issue they could have long resolved if they had their heads in the right place.

Even though Trump approach isn’t the best, some of the concerns he raises have merit – and that's where the leadership in Tehran carries blame – e.g sponsoring groups to foment incessant fights with Israel etc.

Emotions palpable in Iran.
Trump has a major problem on his hands - not easy to win against a people with such a psyche.

40 years of Iranian aggression needs to be dealt with forcefully.

The largest state sponsor of terrorism.
Threatening the existence of Israel by arming Hezbollah
to the teeth.
Providing arms to kill Americans in Iraq.
Dismembering Syria and Yemen.
Killing their own citizens who are demanding freedom

I suspect this was an operation to soften the target. This may cause a defensive nightmare for Pentagon. An unconventional attack is likely to come soon.
